Of all the popular reporting systems on the market today, we chose to go with the one we felt was most flexible to fit any type of inspection we may be asked to perform. We have performed on site reports in the past, but have found that it is best to take the time to go back to the office, research and compile all the information we obtain from the on site inspection, and input it all into an easy to read, detailed computer report. Our clients have seen that we are able to get the report to them in a very timely manner and we are always available to answer any questions which may arise after they view the final report. We try to keep our inspections to a maximum of 2 per day to be able to spend as much time as needed on each inspection. We do value your time and try to be as quick as possible yet not overlook any concern during the inspection. This is another reason we generate the final report at the office; to keep you from spending your time waiting while we fill out the report. Our report is totally customized to fit our locale and our needs. It has been tested time and time again and we are glad to be able to offer it to our clients at what we feel like is a very reasonable expense.
